Injection Molded FDA White List Rubber Cups

One of our customers using vacuum cups became concerned about the damage being caused to their rough surface products. The high levels of vacuum required for their process needed to be avoided to halt the damage. At Ace Rubber we specialize in developing innovative solutions to our customer’s problems.
We developed a custom rubber vacuum cup that negated the need for high vacuum. By increasing the size of the cup, less vacuum was required, mitigating the damage issue. We developed a cup with a tapered lip and .500” to .730” more surface area than any standard cup on the market.
Our custom-designed tapered lip gave them a softer cup that would follow the contours of the rough surface top. The larger surface area and the soft tapered lip allowed our clients to turn down the vacuum that was contributing to the damage of the rough surface product. Our specially designed solution nullified the damage without compromising durability and longevity.
